Where to download
Download the Windows app only from the official site:
- Go to arenaofchampions.live and use the download option on the sign-in screen, or
- In town (browser version), right-click the Town Messenger <Windows App> to download it while the game stays open.
This fan site does not host the game or the installer. If you play as a guest, the game asks you to save your progress before downloading, so your heroes come along.
What you get
- Much lower latency than the browser, according to the developer, so fewer delayed casts and less rubber-banding.
- Auto-updates: the app updates itself in a small window before the game opens.
- Graphics options: windowed, borderless or fullscreen (Graphics → Display), anti-aliasing, vertical sync. Alt+Enter toggles full screen.
- Your settings follow you: keybinds, interface options and HUD layout are saved to your account.
Troubleshooting
- After the move to arenaofchampions.live (patch 0.9), old downloads can’t find the server. Download again from arenaofchampions.live.
- Windows SmartScreen may warn about a new app. Only continue if the file came from arenaofchampions.live.

Is there an Arena of Champions download?
Yes, a Windows app. Download it from the sign-in screen on arenaofchampions.live, or in town right-click the Town Messenger. Only download it from the official site.
Is the Windows version better than the browser?
The developer says the Windows app has much lower latency. It also has extra graphics settings (anti-aliasing, vertical sync, windowed, borderless or fullscreen).
Is there a Mac or mobile version?
There is no Mac or mobile app listed on the official site at the time of writing. Mac players can use the browser version.
