What is Arena of Champions?

Arena of Champions (arenaofchampions.live) is an independent, WoW-style arena game that runs in the browser, built with the Bevy engine and WebAssembly, with a Windows download for lower latency. You can play right away as a guest and save your progress to an account later.

Between matches you walk around a town in a Barrens crater. The Arena Battlemaster queues you for rated or unrated 1v1, 2v2 or 3v3 fights in arenas such as Nagrand Ring, Ruins of Lordaeron and Blade’s Edge. You can also duel anyone in town and watch live matches from the stands.

The game is in very active development: new patches land almost daily, so this guide notes the game version every page was checked against.
