Balance Druid talents

Five rows of three. Pick one per row; rows 1 to 4 are passive and row 5 teaches a spell.

Row 1
Eclipse

Every second Wrath brings Lunar Eclipse: your next Starfire within 15 sec casts in half the time. A Starfire brings Solar Eclipse: your next 2 Wraths within 15 sec cast 20% faster. Each once every 30 sec.

Sunfire

Moonfire becomes Sunfire, of Nature. Each Wrath that strikes a target burning with your Sunfire renews the burn: keep casting Wrath and it never falls off.

New Moon

Starfire becomes New Moon, one button that waxes as you cast it: New Moon (1 sec, 250), then Half Moon (2 sec, 500), then Full Moon (3 sec, 750), then new again. Save the Full Moon for the kill.

Row 2
Nature's Grace

Moonfire, Sunfire and Insect Swarm let you cast your next Starfire within 8 sec while moving.

Ironbark

Barkskin becomes Ironbark: cast it on yourself or an ally, for 30% less damage taken for 12 sec. It keeps Barkskin's 60 sec cooldown, so choose who needs it.

Displacer Beast

Entering Bear Form also leaps you 15 m forward (shifting frees you from roots and slows first). Once every 30 sec.

Row 3
Owlkin Frenzy

In Moonkin Form, damage never pushes back your casts, and each weapon blow that strikes you makes your casts 4% faster for 10 sec, stacking to 5.

Nurturing Instinct

Rejuvenation and Regrowth can be cast in Moonkin Form. Healing Touch still shifts you out.

Ysera's Gift

In Moonkin Form you heal 3% of your health every 3 sec, or, at full health, the most injured ally within 30 m.

Row 4
Earth and Moon

Wrath and Starfire (or New Moon) make the target take 10% more magic damage from everyone for 12 sec.

Thorned Roots

Your Entangling Roots no longer break from damage, but last 4 sec, and their thorns deal 100 Nature every 2 sec.

Faerie Flame

Faerie Fire also burns its target for 40 Nature every 2 sec for 12 sec.

Row 5
Starfall

Learn Starfall: for 10 sec, a star strikes each enemy within 30 m for 90 Arcane every second, passing over enemies under a control that damage would break. 90 sec cooldown.

Force of Nature

Learn Force of Nature: three Treants rise beside you and run to fight your target for 15 sec. Their lashes slow it 30%. 3 min cooldown.

Hush of Elune

Learn Hush of Elune: a circle of moonlight lies where you aim for 8 sec; enemies in it are interrupted and silenced while they stay. 1 min cooldown.

Recommended Balance Druid build

Recommended builds for this spec are still being tested. To be added.

Spell names, costs, cooldowns and talent text are read from the game client (v0.21, checked 2026-10-30). The developer calls the numbers “first-pass tuning”, so expect them to change.
